“Marguerite Callaway has worked as a leadership training and development consultant with the LEAP Science and Maths Schools in South Africa for well over a decade of our 19-year history.
Since 2013, she has visited and worked in all of our six schools across South Africa and has also supported, advised and mentored me as the Executive Director in my management and leadership roles within the organization.
Marguerite has conducted Leadership Development courses/programs in person and more recently virtually. She has facilitated and sustained a comprehensive year-long Leadership Development program for our school leaders and their leadership teams, and also for the executive team as a whole.
